My name is Ximo, and I am a young agroecological farmer from Guadassuar, in the Ribera del Xúquer region. I grow traditional varieties of seasonal fruit and vegetables with organic certification. My project, Horta de Ximo, is going through tough times. Like many of my neighbors, I have also experienced the effects of the storm DANA on October 29th. My fields have been completely flooded with mud, as well as my warehouse, my house, and most of my harvest. Valencian agriculture, and especially small family farming, will need all the help possible to recover from this significant ecological, material, and emotional setback.

How Can We Help?
The best way to support us during these times is by choosing Valencian producers and buying our seasonal products. Right now, top-quality citrus fruits are in season. This way, young farmers like me, who believe in a new model of healthier food for people and the planet, can recover and return to normal through our craft and passion: the agroecological production of healthy and local food.
What Do I Offer?
The guarantee of receiving high-quality products, organic, and free of toxic pesticides and fertilizers. Besides cultivating health, we act as a driver for the prevention and mitigation of natural disasters caused by climate change through ecological practices.
How to Place my Order?
Handling many orders by phone, WhatsApp, or email simultaneously would be very complicated. It would require me to spend the whole day on my phone, answering and managing orders, and I wouldn’t be able to focus on what’s most important: being in the field and taking care of the crops. That’s why I’ve been helped to set up a very simple ordering system that you can access below. If you have any questions, contact me via WhatsApp or phone, and I will send you a short video tutorial to explain how it works.
